🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Exchanges are available for:
  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defects

🔄 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only in case of defective or wrong items.
• Refunds are not available for size or preference issues.

🚚 Shipping for Exchange

• Customer covers the shipping cost for exchange unless the item is defective.
• In case of a defect, VELAR will handle the shipping.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
• Limited drops may not always be available for exchange.
